18.7.2.2 Supply, Delivery and Installation Custom Size Fabric Wrapped Acoustic Panel (FWAP) in walling as per design, made with peripheral of 12mm Thick Commercial Veneer / MDF Boards of 50 mm height with back side of 5mm thick Garjan Plyboard and filled with 50mm thick 100% Polyester insulation / Fiberglass Insulation of NRC > 0.75. (Made in Thailand/ China/ India/ Malayasia or equivalent quality product). Wrapped fabric must be at least 600 -700 GSM in order to achieve desired Acoustic performance all complete as per drawing and architectural and acoustic design (NRC > 0.75) and accepted by the Engineer-in-charge. The brick/ RCC surface shall be dry and damp-proof. (Rate is excluding cost of polish/ paint etc. of any type if necessary).
