18.7.2.3 Supplying ,fitting and fixing of ACOUSTIC WALLING by 12mm thick B.T veneer board with best quality well seasoned garjan frame of section 50 mm x 38 mm at 600mm x 600 mm in grid, all Garjan wood frames must be protected from termites, cockroach and other insects, fitted and fixed to wall by plugs, nails, screws, gums, etc. all necessary accessories, including 50 mm imported GLASSWOOL (density 16-20 kg/m3) (Made in Thailand/ China/ India/ Malayasia or equivalent quality product), heat, sound and noise reduction quality, made of grade A1 incombustible materials with one side aluminium foil quoted/ pasted) is attached with garjan frame with black/ grey airtight fabric cloth bearded & jute hessian, cloth, garments jut including making required number and sizes holes/ groove in B.T. veneered board, scaffolding, mending good the damages, fitting and fixing as per architectrual and acoustic design (NRC 0.60-0.75), etc. all complete as per design, approved sample & accepted by the Engineer-in-charge. The brick/ RCC surface shall be dry and damp-proof. (Rate is excluding cost of polish/ paint etc. of any type if necessary).
