18.7.2.6 Supplying, fitting and fixing of 15mm thick Fire Retardant Acoustic panel for walling work for straight/curve area (Made in Thailand/ China/ India/ Malayasia or equivalent quality product) with high quality MDF Board with finished top Melamine/Natural wooden veneer/HPL or any other customized texture or colour finish with sound absorbing, fire proof back felt fabric, board size 133mmx2440mm to 197mm x2440mm, tongue and groove edge. Panel materials should be incombustible, Echo should be E1 standard, Density 750-800 kg/m3, perforation range 7.5%-12.8%, NRC value 0.75-0.90, including substructure of garjan wooden framing 50mm x 38mm size @ 600mm grid both way; all Garjan wood frames must be protected from termites, cockroach and other insects, backing with acoustic lining materials of 50 mm thick Glass wool (density 16-20 kg/m3) (Made in Thailand/ China/ India/ Malayasia or equivalent quality product) with air tight fabric cover in/c heat stiching etc all complete as per approved drawing and architectural and acoustic design (NRC 0.75-0.90) and accepted by the Engineer in-charge. The brick/ RCC surface shall be dry and damp-proof. (Rate is excluding cost of polish/ paint etc. of any type if necessary).
