18.7.3.1 Supplying, fitting and fixing of 15 mm thick Fire Retardent, heat Insulated, Acoustic Mineral fiber board (any colour) ceiling (drop/ plain/ straight/ curve) (Made in Thailand/ China/ India/ Malayasia or equivalent quality product) with high grade mineral wool, surface finish with white ultra vinyl latex paint, surface treatment-film coating, anti-fungal & anti bacterial, humidity resistant greater than 90%, light reflectivity more than 90%, NRC value 0.60- 0.90, density-290-315 kg/m3, size of board: 600mm x 600mm, of imcombustible materials, framing by aluminium T-bar of natural anodized finish suspended in 600 mm x 600 mm grid from ceiling using butterfly hanger with adjustable clip/ locking clips etc. including cost of all materials, electricity, accessories, scaffoldings, labour for installation, screws, nails, rivet etc. all complete as per drawing, architectural and acoustic design (NRC 0.6-0.9) and accepted by the Engineer-in-charge. Measurement will be taken as per finished surface area. The brick/ RCC surface shall be dry and damp-proof. (This item is for acoustic work in auditorium, Hall Room, Seminar Room etc.) (Rate is excluding cost of polish/ paint etc. of any type).
