18.9 Supplying, fitting, fixing CNC Cutted facade work made of 5 mm(+-3%) thick MS Plate, pre-treated & painted with industrial paint/ powder coated glossy paint (thickness not less than 70 micron) covered by water colour weather proof paint, supported by 50mm x 50 mm x 5mm MS angle at Top & Side of outer frame according to drawing & design, fitted and fixed in wall/ RCC members with necessary number of clamps, intermediate struts, royal bolt with epoxy. Segments of MS plate will be smoothly joined by rivets or welding, aligned and levelled. Cost is inclusive electricity, workshop charges, loading - unloading, lifting, carrying and placing to the required place & position etc. all complete as per approved design and drawing and accepted by the Engineer-in-charge.(Upto a height of 20m)
