01.4.2 Updating the work programme and submission to the Engineer-in-charge at intervals no longer than 28 days showing actual physical and financial progress achieved on each activity and the effect of the progress on the timing of the remaining work, including any changes to the sequence of the activities.However, Engineer’s approval of the programme shall not alter the contractor’s obligations. The contractor may revise the programme and submit it to the Engineer-in-charge again at any time. A revised programme shall show the variations and events related to change of contract price. Month wise documentation shall be the basis of payments on this item.
