09.6 Providing and making welded splice over two sides of contact by welding of minimum 300 mm length at the lap of main reinforcement in re-bar cage to be placed in bore-hole where necessary by electric arc welding with highly oxidized electrodes making the joint prominent all complete and accepted by the Engineer-in-charge.
